While Martha is open and passionate about addressing various concerns, her expertise particularly shines in trauma, CPTSD, Couples and Family Counselling, identity, self-acceptance, self-esteem, depression, General Anxiety Disorder, substance use and addiction, grief and loss, and LGBTQ issues. Martha believes in the fundamental right of individuals to experience joy and embrace all facets of themselves, offering unwavering support for those in need.
